Resource Tuner enables you to customize any application by editing and replacing resources (PNG, XML, Image Lists, Type Library, bitmaps, jpeg, icons, strings, Delphi forms) within the file. It ships with the UPX Unpacker, a start-up processing plug-in for unpacking files compressed with UPX. It makes it straightforward to translate any application, even if you do not have the source code for it, even if its original developers are long gone. Simply replace all text resources with their translated versions, and resize forms, buttons, etc. to fit the translated text as needed.
