DoReMe Music is designed to be an easy-to-use but powerful music composer. It helps to turn your computer into a musical instrument (in fact, there are 189 instruments and sound effects to choose from). You play notes by using the mouse, or pressing keys on your keyboard. You can add automatic backing (drums, cymbals etc) to your tunes, if you wish, several types are available, for example Dance, Rock, and Latin. The program contains full context-sensitive help, and hints/tips are shown at appropriate points to guide the user. It can be customised according to the user's skills and experience.
