CleanDisk will help you automate the task of removing most such unwanted files. Using a very easy-to-use three-step process it will quickly scan your hard disk(s) for unwanted files and assist you in deleting them.

Latest changes:

  • The way that you use the program has been simplified to a two step procedure. The previous '2nd and 3rd step' have been combined into a single step where the candidate files are now sent directly to the candidate files list. This way it is now possible to
  • Updated the user interface for a more modern look
  • Added an "Empty directories" scan type
  • Added a "Mozilla FireFox cache" scan type
  • Updated the "Visual C++ cleanup" scan type with new temporary file types used by Visual Studio 2005
  • Improved the accuracy of the "Log files" scan type
  • The program manual is now in 'HTML help' format (it now both looks better and is easier to use than when it was using the older 'WinHelp' format)
