OLfolders enables the access and sharing of contacts, calendars, appointments, tasks, emails stored on a different computer from each workstation simultaneously in a new or given network, a central enterprise wide real time access to an Outlook structure is possible, for security reasons optionally write and reader rights can be assigned.
